Thomas F. Kakascik, Jr.
Thomas is the COO, VP and GM of INMETCO and has given 14 years of service to the company to date. He is not only responsible for all INMETCO activities, departments, structure, and systems, but he leads our team in the right direction and ensures the well-being and safety of the company and its employees. Kakascik earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron, Ohio.

Dan Flint
Dan, our Health and Safety Manager, has been a part of the INMETCO team for over 5 years and has 40+ years of experience in the Health and Safety Industry. He is responsible for ensuring proper health and safety practices both at an employee-to-employee and company-to-employee level.

Rich Lunn
Rich is INMETCO’S Environmental, Health and Safety Manager. During his time in this position, he has ensured that Inmetco not only meets federal, state, and local regulations but goes above and beyond to hold to our value of caring for the environment. He facilitates internal and external environmental initiatives.

Carlos Larrazabal
Carlos, Plant Engineer of INMETCO, is responsible for long-term and short-term project planning and implementation for projects across the plant, not limited to preventive maintenance, repairs, and performance improvements. He has worked at our facility for three years to date and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and Industrial Automation controls.

George McFarland
George came to INMETCO eight years ago with extensive experience in the zinc and heavy industry totaling over forty years. His wealth of experience and knowledge serve us well in his role as Operations and Maintenance Manager of INMETCO. His current responsibilities include oversight of production and targets, maintaining the complicated chemistry in our products, company policy implementation and compliance, preventative and repair maintenance schedules, and maintaining a safe and friendly work environment and worksite for our workers and community.

Richard Lucas
Rich is currently holding the position of Process Engineer and Lab Services Supervisor. He has served on the INMETCO team for over 25 years and adds a wealth of experience to our team. In this position, he oversees daily laboratory operations and supervision of laboratory technicians, reviews finished goods, and raw material chemistry, and reports on analysis of finished goods as well as raw material feedstocks and waste materials.

Michael Veneris
Michael is the Controller at INMETCO and is responsible for managing all day-to-day activities for Accounting and Finance including financial controls and reporting, working capital management, and budget/forecasting. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Ian Wingard
Ian joins our team as Commercial and Strategy Manager, responsible for marketing, sales, procurement, contract negotiations, customer relations, and supply chain. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University.

Mark J Crooks
Mark holds the title of Purchasing Manager at INMETCO and is in charge of the purchasing functions of expedited materials, suppliers, equipment, and services to support operations efficiently. Crooks holds degrees in an array of disciplines such as Negotiation Skills, Executive Writing, and Managing Inventory and Cycle Counts. He has worked on our team for five years.

Lisa Martin
Lisa has served INMETCO for six years and is currently the Human Resources and Payroll Supervisor. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Her responsibilities include payroll processing, reconciliation, recruitment, interviewing, and all other HR functions.
